Bodysport has several different training programs to meet everyone's fitness goals and fit everyone's budget:

The One on One Training Program
is available to those who want the ultimate in personal attention while training. A client works with his/her own private personal trainer

The Partner Training Program is available for two or three friends to sign up together and share the expense in working with their own personal trainer.

The Revolution Training Program is in a class format of up to ten people. It incorporates resistance training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, core and flexibility work at the same time. It is designed to work all aspects needed to improve ones over-all physical conditioning in a time efficient, affordable manner.

Sport Specific Training is a specialty program designed to make the client better at the sport they are playing. He or she wants that edge to give them the best chance of winning against their competitors or achieving a personal best. Parents can give their child a better chance of winning too. It can be done either on a One on One basis or as a Group of athletes/team mates/friends, playing the same sport.

Fundamentals of Youth Speed, Agility, Strength and Conditioning Camp will be offered in summer of 2008. It is a series of classes designed to instruct young adults the fundamentals of working out to get faster, more agile, stronger and have more endurance, so that they can play sports better and raise their level of fitness. As an added benefit, these students end up looking better, feeling better about themselves and having increased self esteem and self confidence. This may be just the thing they need to have an easier time coping with the pressures of growing up and attending middle school and high school. Class sizes will be limited so that we can insure students get the attention they deserve so they can learn properly. Remember, it only takes a few repetitions to learn to do something incorrectly and have that pattern engrained in your brain and neuromuscular pathways. Unlearning the wrong way of doing something however, can take hundreds or even thousands of correct repetitions. So learn to do it right the first time!

Scientific Testing Packages designed to test the limits of athletes’ performances and capabilities will soon be offered at Bodysport. We will be utilizing the services of David Sandler and Strength Pro. David is the genius behind Fox Sport’s “Fight Science” and “Sport Science”. With his advanced testing equipment and procedures, he will not only measure your strengths and weaknesses, he can help prescribe the correct training protocols to correct them! All programs address the strength training, cardiovascular, nutritional and flexibility aspect of any good training program. Pricing is as follows:
-Nutrition Counseling

We’ll design a nutritional program to meet your needs. Whether it’s just to drop a few pounds, put on lean muscle, or give you enough energy to complete in endurance sports, we can design the program for you.

-Physique Contest Preparation

Getting to that ripped, skin-as-thin as paper look requires experience and knowledge. We have the staff to keep you competitive.

-Professional Fitness Photography

We have access to experienced, established, fitness industry recognized photographers. For a fee, they will shoot your portfolio and if you have “the look” they can present you to all the top fitness magazines.
In addition, Bodysport offers:
